Should the Royal Family sue 'Closer' magazine?

I saw a lady from this French magazine say that Kate was 'very visible' from a public road, where these pics were supposedly taken from. When someone is 'visible' to the public, they can't complain that their privacy has been invaded. If,however, these pics were obtained by trespassing on private property or when Kate was behind closed doors, than they have every right to be outraged & threaten legal action. Hopefully,Kate learns a valuable lesson from this (keep your top on when not behind closed doors or in the privacy of your own home) & hopefully the paparazzi doesn't ever forget how Princess Diana's life came to a tragically abrupt end b/c they relentlessly hounded her. Regardless of who is responsible for the pics getting out, Kate handled herself with such class & dignity today, that Princess Diana would have been proud of her!

Kate must be very careful because the cameras are everywhere. She's in the public's eye and it is her responsibility not to bring shame to the royal family. Yes, I'm furious those people took the pictures but it is there job to get pictures of the royal family and anybody else that bring money. Have she forgot how Princess Diana died?
