Unlike the Replacement Refs, I know I could not do the job so I would not even try it!

These replacements are supposed to be trained. They are supposed to know how to review plays. If it was just one team complaining, that would be one thing, but it's all of NFL, players and coaches from all teams alike. So what does this say about the league office not handling this situation? Two prime time games showed the officials' ineptness. What more does the league office need?
