I think its cheating to wear shapewear all the time. I work hard to maintain my shape, I'm 54 years old and a size 4. I'm far from perfect but I'm REAL! I suppose if I was going to a VERY special event and wearing something amazing I might consider it but generally I buy to suit my figure type and eat and exercise to maintain a healthy form.
