The problem with most Pakistani people is that they have no patience. I note that now Afridi is out of form and almost every body wants him to retire. However the fact is that he can still play good cricket for another five years. If he is out of form today but he can re- gain the form in the next five to six months. It happens with every player. It happened with the great players like Viv Richards and Tandulkar. How ever they played for those nations which had great patience. Look at Gayles . He does not perform all the time. Many English players are out of form. Will they be made to retire?
What Afridi need needs is encouragement and then you will see him score a century not on 37 balls but less than that.

Yes, no doubt, Afridi is a great all rounder. He can still play the international cricket for at least four years. If he is now out of form now so what? He can re- gain form at any time. He just neeeds encouragement.
Abdul Razzaq should be selected for every series. Do not forget that he is another great all rounder. The Pakistani team needs more all rounders in its team so that its batting line up can be strengthened as well as the bowling line up. The Pakistani has the ability to bat until number nine.

Yes I agree that Afridi is out of form now. However you do not know that happens to every player at some stages.
We cannot throw out the Akmal brothers out of the team. They are great players. If you drop a catch behind the wicket that does not mean that the match is lost. We cannot take Shoaib out of the team because he is also a great all rounder.
Pakistan lost the matches because PCB wanted them to lose. Why was not in form Abdul Razzaq and Assad Shafiq allowed to play the crucial matches? Wake up!
Now Pcb should open their eyes and stop taking guys who are not on merit. now its time to say bye to Shahid Afridi, Kaman Akmal, Umar Akmal and Shoaib malik. Shahid Afridi didnt play well from the last few years infact i dont think he is a cricketer. if you looking for some hitter then find someone like Chris gayle. As everyone know Kamran akmal is not a good wicket keeper, he missed lots of stumps and drops lots of catches. he and umar akamal didnt do any thing with the bat as well. Shoaib Malik is also not doing well in both batting and bowling. Hafeez is not a good captain as you all can see what he did in t20 world cup. What ever Abdul Razzaq is said is right. In the semi final, while chasing the target, pakistan did very poor start by playing too many dot balls...Hafeez played too many dot balls.....and when imran nazir was playing his natural game, Hafeez advised him to play cautiously, this is why imran also played many dot balls and got out under pressure, but that is not imran's natural game .Afridi is not playing genuine cricketing shots, he comes to the crease and play bad shots and go back to pavilion in no time.....Afridi, kamran akmal, and shoaib malik should be removed from the pakistan cricked team....Pakistan need batsmen like javed miandad, saeed anwar, and inzamam ul haq and mohammed yousf......
There is no doubt that currently Afridi is out of form as far as batting is concerned. However he is not responsible for Pakistan's failure. We should not not forget that he is an all rounder and he is performing well in bowling. He will soon soon regain his form in batting.
Pakistan lost the semi final because Abdul Razaq was not allowed to play. Again, Pakistan lost against India because Abdul Razaq was not allowed to play. So it is the management who is responsible for the failure of Pakistan and partly the captain has to accept the responsibility. What happened to Adbul Razaq, may I ask the management?
