I loved this show. As I was watching the last episode not realizing that it was the end till about the middle of it. I would love to see more so sad that it had to end. It is rare to see any tv shows that are real anymore and that have truth and life to them.

VERY..VERY..VERY sad to see this show end!!!! Private practice was the only show that I never missed. In this day of way to many reality shows, it was a breath of fresh air to watch a series. Private Practice was much better than Grey's. I watched 2 episodes of Grey's and stopped watching. Just because Kate Walsh is leaving is NOT a reason to cancel the show. There are many other characters that made up the show. Shame on ABC!!! One more reason to stay away from any thing ABC airs!!

Only a week ago 2nd to last episode I figured something was up, then I heard the show was being cancelled and one more show to end the series.. I just watched it and as the doors closed in the final scenes, I said 'don't go'... what a great show.. I agree with other comments, why cancel such a good show.. Yes, try a spinoff, the writers and actors are so good.. will miss this so much.. My soap operas on ABC were cancelled a year ago, no this.. there's less and less, very very sad...

Yes, I am truly sick about this show being cancelled. I loved that it was moved to Tuesday's and have bonded with all the characters. Big, Big, mistake. Love Addison with Jake. A spin off the Charlotte and Cooper would be so wonderful. Also Amelia and the new kid. Would love to see Sam and his wife get back together too. Please reconsider bringing this great show back.

Love Private Practice especially since the focus changed from Kate and Sam to Charlotte and Cooper. Do a spin off of the spin off. Give Charlotte and Cooper and Mason and the triplets a little more time. You can throw in Amy Brenneman too but not the others. Great actresses from Georgia (KaDee Strickland and Julia Roberts) make us proud to be from Georgia.

I can't believe Private Practice is being cancelled!!! There are so many people who follow that show. I for one, never miss it. I used to love watching Grey's Anatomy but Private Practice has far surpassed it and that is being extended.....booooooooo
I don't understand why it would be taken off the air. There are so many more interesting episodes that could be made. Charlotte having the twins, etc.
I am deeply saddened that my favorite show is ending. Why is it that all the good shows get cancelled???
