Did we forget that we borrowed money for these wars - and when the president says he wants to give our soldiers jobs which I think is commendable- where is the money coming from for that - so math adds up?. FORWARD? not once out of the the three debates did we get a Future . Foreign Policy debate - where was that? Well anything that is good with our foreign policies was done by Hillary.

WILL THE REAL MITT ROMNEY PLEASE STAND UP? We need a President who is consistent
and who knows what he stands for. That is not Mitt Romney. I voted in Primary for Jon Huntsmen. I will now vote for President Obama.

I find it amusing that the president still says he ended the war in Iraq. When it was Bush jr who implemented the policy that got the troops out in November of 08. Obama tried to make it so more troops could stay longer and couldn't even pull that off. Not sure why this point isn't being made more clear by media as one of Obama's complete and udder lies.
    ++++++++++++++++

Udder lies? Are those lies a cow makes? No wonder you support Romney. How do you feel about Mitt wanted more troops in Iraq? Still think Bush pulled them all out?

The only thing Mitt won was a sweating and flip-flopping contest.

    President Barack Obama won!

I don’t think so my experience has been when some one at the top fails they either get promoted to another job with the same pay or more, if not that they break out the golden parachute for them! The people at the top take care of each other because they want the same to be there for them if something goes wrong for themselves .

"IF A PERSON WAS ELECTED TO BE PRESIDENT OF A LARGE CORPORATION TO FIX ITS PROBLEMS AND 4YEARS LATER WAS STILL IN A MESS, I THINK HE WOULD BE FIRED"
    >>>> WRONG

Obama won the debate, he is strong and has a good foreign policy.

Romney will just go back to Bush people, who where the people getting us into this mess.

If Romney has solutions then why isn't the congress using these policies now or before so we could get job growth back on track. Why do they make people without jobs wait and wait.

We need to rebuild America and Obama is the person to do it. With a working congress and senate.JB

Bishop Romney was a cookie cutter rather than an etch a sketch.
People who thought he won must have low IQ. Get facts straight

  • Steve - 12 years ago

The President clearly won the debate.
Once again a different Mitt Romney showed up with different views on the same subjects. I thought he looked very nervous and unsure of himself (sort of Nixonian). Who is the real Mitt Romney and what does he really believe?

President Obama won hands down!! Just like he has flip flopped on several US domestic economic issues, Governor Romney flip flopped on his prior stands on foreign affairs. Romney will say anything to get elected. He has no core beliefs that he sticks with. Leaders around the world want a US President they can trust and know he will stand by what he says. President Obama has done a good job thus far considering the Republican leadership has has sought to block/obstruct Obama at every turn. The Republican leadership has put party interest over trying to help Americans get back to work. The Republican leadership has chosen a course that does not deserve our vote. I am Independent and it is very clear to me that we must vote for all Democrats straight down the line this time. Lets give President Obama the tools he needs to succeed, so we can get all Americans back to work. Republican leadership needs to recognize that they will not be rewarded for their unwillingness to seek the greatest good for all Americans!! This is a critical election, please vote Nov. 6!

The president should be ashamed of his attitude. Granted he did better than he did in the other two debates - but the constant interruptions? The middle school remark about aircraft carriers and subs? The 70's era joke about the 80's calling.

THE DECISION IS SIMPLE AND HERE IS THE QUESTION..........."ARE YOU BETTER OFF NOW THAN YOU WERE FOUR YEARS AGO"............IF A PERSON WAS ELECTED TO BE PRESIDENT OF A LARGE CORPORATION TO FIX ITS PROBLEMS AND 4YEARS LATER WAS STILL IN A MESS, I THINK HE WOULD BE FIRED!

Obama won hands down. I am amazed at how many people believe the things the Romney makes up.... things that are debunked by impartial fact checkers.

President won the debate hands down. Romney agreed that he will follow each and every policy that the president has implemented in the past four years. If the debate continued for another thirty minutes, Romney would have endorsed Obama for president right on the stage.

PS: I am surprised at the CBS BOSTON poll results.

I thought there were 2 candidates until. Mr Romney felt the need to take all of the president's positions last night. He changes with his audience. Which Mitt will you be voting for? Remember the one we met here in MA., his stepping stone to the run(s) for president! He'll fall back to his original far right stands if elected. Women had better keep their eyes open. President Obama clearly won debate #3.

I think Romney did a good job - bottom line - I still don't see how anyone can possibly think obama deserves to be rehired for another 4 years. His work performance in all aspects does not warrant his being rehired. He needs to go on 11/6/12.

  • Dan - 12 years ago

Why do they all have a plan to save us but won’t tell us what it is other then some vague references, face it all their real plan is to make things better for them and we are lucky if some crumbs fall from the table for us. The lack of long term planning (10 to 15 years) has doomed us in the past and still is the curse for our future.

  • FireGuyFrank - 12 years ago

President Obama lost the debate, and the election, when he scolded Gov. Romney with, "We have ships called aircraft carriers that planes land on..." That was very petty.

  • Bob McNulty - 12 years ago

Romney appeared more presidential. President Obama appeared petty in his demeanor.

  • AS - 12 years ago

I think Obama won the debate hands-down. the president had plenty of facts to go after Romney with and Romney could only go back to his issues and keep repeating them.
