IT'S called Football and it used to involve hitting people, especially the quarterback!! This bull about every time a quarterback getting hit and a flag coming out is just baloney! How do you expect a 300lb man running full speed, being held/hit/pushed etc...to just stop in a split second and LET UP on the tackle? Then the ballcarrier gets out of his grasp and everyone says what a crappy tackler he is? Come on people! It's a contact sport played at an amazing speed...let them play!

If this was anyone other than Suh we wouldn't even be talking about it. I'm not even going to comment on Marshall's comments as he just needs to take his ritalin and shut it....

During the hit, you can clearly see Suh bend his leg inward towards Cutlers stomach and /or rib area as a wrestler would do while trying to get a "take down" on his opponent! That part was or has not even been spoke of! As a former High School All-State Champion wrestler, it is clear as the day is long! I love football, but honestly there is No Place for this kind of hitting! Suh is 3x's bigger than Jay, and he handled him as if he were a rag-doll! In other words, Suh does not need to resort to that sort of dirty hitting when the Man is a Freak'n Beast and can easily break Jay in half!!! He almost did! If this upsets most of you, oh well, because it's people like Suh who end other mens careers... Chill Suh, we all know your the best tackle in the game today, a man beast!!! No reason to ruin another man's career cause you feel you gotta prove something! Everyone knows you're the best at your posistion!!!

At some point u need to be able to tackle someone. I not only don't think this was a dirty play but also feel that the play where Alphonso smith tackled brandon Marshall was a ridiculous penalty. What are u supposed to do with these guys, they are all big and strong. If u don't do whatever u can to get them om the ground then they will probably be in the endzone. Look at big ben, every big play he makes is after he shrugs off someone. Let these guys play, I understand why they want to protect these guys. Look how much better the game is when u have a qb who can keep u in it. The bears dominated the game last night, but Stafford got them back in it at the end. You cant get that drama if they are hurt.

My goodness, let's just tie "flags" to their uniforms...! This is the NFL we're talking about which in some circles represents the league that's Not For Ladies...!

The NFL is becoming the NBA! These guys understand the risk of the game, they've been playing it since they were children. The owners bi$@h to the league about how much money they spend on QB 's and how they loose money if they don't score a million points because the fans don't want to see defensive battles. So the league protects the offensive players and the teams score more points and put more asses in the seats and the owners and league make more money. The NBA has effectively taken defense out of the sport and it's unbearable to watch! Grow some ball's take a hit and get up and do it again. Bunch of p@ss*es!

Hit was clean but then he tried to grind him into the ground with intent. Thats fine worthy in my opinion. Suh truly has superhero strength.

I think it was dirty, he used his leg to trip Cutler--could have injured him and you'll see that the NFL will punish him on Friday. this move in wrestling is called a leg whip/leg sweep--not to be used in the NFL.

Uh George, its called football. I do delieve they hit him every play with force & intent. Maybe they need to flag him for mean thoughts too. WTF is wrong with people.

Maybe someone needs to hit SUH with the same force and intent he does, put him out for a few games .

Florio, give me a break, the guys going a million miles an hour & you think he put his forearm in Cutlers neck? I'm sure he was thinking, I can't hit him high, I can't hit him low, I can't hit him after he slides, I can't hit him after he throw & I can't block him after an interception. Great post! I guess if you had your way this site is going to become " FlagFootballTalk.com" The NFL is becoming unwatchable.
