Jack Torrance by far! I will say this, in my own opinion not one can play crazier than Jack Nicholson in this role. Not to mention, the Overlook Hotel has supernatural abilities that the Bates motel doesn’t have. So Jack has backup and they are on Jack’s side. Plus a fire axe is a way better weapon than just butcher knives and needles.
If you were to go up against Jack, it would be scary considering how outrageous he is due to his insanity and anger. He doesn’t give a shit who gets in his way. HE WILL END THEM!
