  For god's sake, these polls are opinionated! You choose who YOU like, not which member has been around the longest. (Of course, it doesn't mean that Yurina shouldn't get the respect she deserves for her 10+ years in H!P, but these polls aren't it; They're just FAN polls for FUN and 100% chance that she will never see these results. Ever.) If more people like Sakura, then that's them. Not everybody is going to like the same idol you like. Get over it.

  @ Mozenator: Yurina is undeniably awesome :).

  I was only referring to "Oda hasn't even done anything yet" because many people forget that she has been a Kenshuusei before and indeed did a bit of stuff already (a lot of fans don't even know that the Kenshuusei exist).

  I can only speak for myself but I took notice of Sakura during the S/mileage auditions last year. She wasn't one of the best candidates singing-wise but her voice sounded quite stable back then and she didn't forget any of the text. Tsunku also talked to her a noticeably long time (each finalist had to sing a bit of Uchouten LOVE and then Tsunku talked to them) and I had the feeling that he showed interest in Sakura. So I wasn't surprised, rather quite happy, that she became a Kenshuusei in the end.

  I honestly didn't expect her to parcitipate in the 11th gen auditions (I just silently hoped that a Kenshuusei and at least one or two completely new girls would make it) but that bit what we got to see through the video(s) gave me the impression that she has improved through the Kenshuusei training and through the concerts and events that the Kenshuusei have regularly.
