I think we need to allow only rider aids from production motorcycles only, that is the aid can not be adapted and can only be taken from a "Mass produced (Not special one of model)" production motorcycle.
Get rid of the single tyre manufacture, the more competition there is the better the outcome.
Unlimited testing this increases the safety for the rider as the get more chance to understand the bike.
Last but not least there should be two races in the weekend with qualification on Friday, race one Saturday race two on Sunday race two running in reverse order to the Saturday results.

this my idea to spice up race.it's to handicap dominant riders and this is how.riders would be evaluated during pre season practices and during the first two races, some thoughts would have to go into the definition of a dominant rider my definition would be a rider that's lapping more than half a second faster than others or a rider who finishes top three in consecutive race.So once a rider is identified as dominant he gets a determined time added to his qualifying time but that added time shouldn't place a rider any lower than 7th on the grid but should be ideally be a reasonable time that a rider can push and overcome the time deficit so we are talking 5 to 4 added time to there qualifying time that should push them back in the grid and enshore we see some overtaking at least at the beginning of the race.
