I think a forum for cases less then $5000 that have "teeth" would be delightful. Its what we are trying to do at CSI (through kindness and understanding) but some bite behind that on small cases where attorneys are unwilling (due to the amount being minimal) or unable to take the case would be ideal. PS - I hope that talk in NYC about the "copyright economy" went well also. I believe you were in attendance or are aware of the presentation.
