Mayor Foxx said technology could possibly overcome this obstacle, but f so, they could overcome it with the Gold Rush trolly/buses also. All without destroying streets, impeding traffic and business during construction, and save millions of dollars in the process.
Make mayor Foxx happy. Have an artist paint some lines on the pavement so he can pretend he spent millions on tracks.
