I think the MormonThink one about Truth Fears No Questions is the most cutting angle that they will not immediately drop as in "I've heard about the 4 versions before and I'm sure there's an explanation."
The only way to know is to test it in a small scale. Why not run all of these as banner ads for a little while to appear to people in the same Utah geographical area as the billboard will run and see which one gets the most clicks?

Yea on How Long?, First Vision, Seek, Believing Hard, Helen Mar Kimball, Want to Know and Shelf. They are all non-aggressive, informative, and thought-provoking.
I would change the wording on Want to Know to read "If it were not true, would you want to know?" I think grammatically the phrase is subjunctive, or something like that.
Nay on Forbidden Fruit, They Don't Want, Harmful Truth, Chairman, Tithing, and Won't Tell. They are too confrontational, too conspiracy theory-ish and more easy to dismiss as anti-Mormon. Rather than piquing someone's interest, I think they would provoke a defensive reaction.

"Doubts" casts a wide net, is the least "offensive" to major beliefs, and delivers the very positive "you are not alone" message. Those who are experiencing their first doubts need to know that they are not alone.

I assume things like crazy typos and the URL it actually points to will be reconciled prior to going out?

lol i didnt expect mine to actually get voted on/ the chairman one.
"How long" is so subversive, I bet it would cause a lot of media attention.
In any case, you should take the top 5 winners from this poll and run another 'championship' style poll.
