I think that this girl was just too inteligent for her own good. Yes, she needed a make over, but truth be told, she is VERY talented and needs guidance. She did not get voted through, but I sure hope to see her on Kimble, Ellen, or THE VIEW.

This is an example of racial descrimination from the top down. three black judges one white. four blacke finialist one white, probably the biggest example was Randy Jackson's comment in judging the lady who sang lion king and I quote " You think we wouldn't stand up for you " Who was he standing up for her against. the other contestents. did they have an unfair advantag, I doub that. Was he standing up for her against the american public. after all, they will eventually get a chance to make their choice. All the last three last three young female contestants were better than the lion king land and the lady with the wierd hairdoo. It seems theat the thing they had against them is that they were young and white. This is the first year that I have ever felt this way about the american idol judging and I would forecast that you are throug as a talent show unless you can survive on the ratings of an all black audience

We are always quick to judge and make references to what confirms to our expectations, I respect her for her self expression and as she rightfully concludes, "her sense of individuality". I think she should be serous about competing to win....

Politics has found its way into American Idol. Zoanette Johnson promised if Obma was re-elected she would go on and sing the NationalAnthem. After singing and screaming(forgetting some lines)the worst rendition of this countries most beloved song , followed by some moves like she was pole dancing, along with some eratic noises, the judges voted her on to Hollywood. She should fit right in A sad day for our future generation if this is their idea of an American Idol. This show has lost respect by a lot of people.

Zoanette Johnson singing our National Anthem on American Idol was NOT funny by any stretch of the imagination. It was entirely disrespectful, she wa dressed like a street walker, and her voice was like a squeaking wheel. Are those 4 judges insane? Won't be watching show anymore. A total waste of my time.

That was totally disgusting & disrespectful. I think the judges must have been hearing something totally different. Obviously a setup. I will not watch this show this season, even tho' Keith is a cutie. What a friggin joke!
