The "amendment" should have been passed with FLYING COLORS. Unfortunately, it wasn't.
It's no wonder that Mpls/StP has been called the "sodom and gomorrah" of the midwest.
What a cheap, immoral, inhuman piece of real estate that the twin cities has become. Godless, immoral to the BONE, the LOSERS think that they don't have to answer to ANYBODY.
