Should Frank's Kitchen serve breakfast in lieu of dinner?

What they said- the neighborhood could really use a breakfast joint with high-quality food within walking distance. My family would go there all the time! But I do agree that it should start out as just a weekend thing, so you can test the waters and not over-extend your staff. If it goes well, then consider opening on weekday mornings too. Maybe folks would swing by for a quick bite (to go?) on the way to work.

I think that the neighborhood is in dire need of a good destination for breakfast. Frank's kitchen has already built a customer base that I believe would support this. With a little promoting ( how about free coffee coupon with the purchase of a breakfast entree) I think this could be great. I know I'll tell my friends about it!

Yes for breakfast-BUT only on Saturday & Sunday. These are the times people want to go out for breakfast; Open at 7:30am. Get one of your staff to open on Saturday , so you and Dina can have some sabbath time , and then cook and serve on Sunday!
