1) Nude areas are few and far between as compared as dressed areas. 2) Dressed people can usually enter all clothing optional beaches if they so desire and without harassment, the opposite is not true. 3) there is nobody getting hurt by sunbathing in the nude and much less by someone seeing someone sunbathing in the nude. 4) The vast majority of the very few "official" clothing optional places are clearly identified as such in order not to offend anyone's sensibilities.

I believe that while most people are theoretically opposed to nude bathing there should also be the option to go on PUBLIC LAND NUDE. Clearly marked clothing optional areas have, and do, exist in many places. WHY CAN'T WE ALL JUST GET ALONG.

There are so few places on the east coast for safe nude sunbathing . Why take a long recognized one away. There are plenty of clothed beaches available for those that don't want to see nude sunbathers.

Naturalists are almost always respectful, family oriented people. As mentioned in an earlier post, their is signage warning those who might be offended and knowing that the area is nude friendly they could choose to frequent an alternative beach. This is a symptom of our ridiculous puritanical government that automatically equates nudity with sex. Often times those involved in lewd behavior are outsiders who are lurking on the beach looking for a cheap thrill. Those are the people who should be ticketed and removed from the area. With the shape our government is in, we should not be spending money on regulating nude beaches, there are far more important problems at hand!

This decision should be reversed! Respectful nudists should have a designated area to enjoy the sun, sand and sea without clothing if they wish! There are miles and miles of beach where nudity isn't allowed. Those who want to wear suits have a huge selection of places to go, including the nude beach! The vast majority of nudists are respectful and enjoy non-sexual nudity. Leave them alone and go after the few that decide to be lewd.

Why ban nude bathing? The fact people can sunbathe nude does not prevent other clothed people from also using the area, but to ban nude bathing discriminates against those who embrace outdoor nudity and the lack of tan lines.

Ya know... it's funny how these nudity bans just keep happening, with little to zero notice or public input. Our modern political "leadership" has turned into a bunch of tyrants. And I'd really like to know what they think is so vulgar and unacceptable about the human body - God's creation.

I see no problem with nude beaches. Most are in remote locations, so people have to go out of their way to be offended... Proper warning signs are all that are needed to solve that problem. Nude is not Lewd!!!
