What is the primary reason you have a safety program?

    Each job and potential incident motivates us to refine our safety program. Yes for OSHA, yes for reduced rates. But the implications when safety is jeopardized are too great to ignore - our workers and their families deserve our best efforts.

    Unfortunately the contractor thinks for a reduced insurance rate. I taught alot of safety classes over the past seven years and I can count on my one hand on how many owners showed up to class
