Hooray. It's about time the State Land Board acts in favor of the public instead of persons who lease land from the State or literally sitting on their hands doing nothing. I for one advocate that any entity that leases state land be required to allow trespass to the public to any State or Federal ie: public land, that might be blocked by non-access across State leased land as part of the requirement of the lease.
