Hi, I am dairy and egg intolerant so am used to avoiding cakes etc as the result can be a severe asthma attack. My lovely husband has just started experimenting with making vegan cakes for me, so your website is a HUGE blessing (as it will be, by default, for our wonderful vegan curate who shares the results which we take to church!).
    Thanks so much.

I made your cake for our family Easter celebration. It was amazing! Tasted so good and everyone had a second slice! My mixture didn't curdle with the two teaspoons of cider vinegar so I added more. I also used a hand blender to mix before adding the flour. I decorated it with icing made from fresh lemon juice and icing sugar. Thanks fir the recipe, I will be making it again!

have children with multiple allergies, so i convert this recipe to GF as well, both allergic to eggs, and then my son is allergic to dairy soya wheat as well as others that arent relevant to cake making!!!
this is by far his favourite recipe after having nine years of chocolate based cakes!

I've been tested and am 98% lactose and 42% dairy intollerant. Hence never found a cake or similar that had no milk, egg or cream content. what else could be used in cake making that would do the same role but have no lactose or dairy content.

Having had this issue all my life, sort of used to not having cake, chocolate, cream etc in my diet.

Hi, I can only find vegan recipes when I'm searching for dairy free egg free recipes. But I like to make it healthier too.
