It should be illegal for any judge to ban any non criminal non addictive parents from contact with their own children with jail threatened if such a parents send so much as an email or xmas present.

If we want better training for professionals, which we definitely need, it means more funding and I would like to see more compassion in practice and less involvement by the courts......the judgments the courts pass down are often inflexible and as a consequent damaging to the child. To adapt them means returning back to the courts which no one wants to do voluntarily! This means changing the culture inside the system. So I would tick all the boxes except making the system purely adversarial!
