With a May birthday, I had at least one college exam, for 4 straight years, on my birthday. I vowed to never worked on my birthday again, and I haven't!
I had one company pay for a 1/2 day, but paid or not, I take it off.

I worked for 6 years for a great agency in Jamaica Plain called Ethos. They gave us our birthday off because they really valued their staff and tried to show it in so many ways !! Dale Mitchell was a great Executive Director.
