Should Lee County pay $4 million to attract a unnamed Fortune 500 company?

I encourage economic growth in Southwest Florida when prudent decisions are made after proper due diligence has been employed before votes are cast for same. I cannot believe that the Lee County Commissioners would blindly dress themselves in a dark closet, so I cannot believe they can vote on an issue of this magnitude, blindly in the dark. I do believe that the company considering this move to our County, could easily confide their identity to the Commissioners by simply having the officials sign a CONFIDENTIAL AGREEMENT. Then, and only then, can due dilligence about the strenghts and weaknesses of the company be analyzed before a County committment is made. Thank you.
