They should seriously consider banning ALL cellphone use will driving. Distracted driving is by far a greater threat to everybody than drunk driving is. Especially with teen drivers who can't leave the phone down for more than 10 seconds!

It should have been left at .10, point 08 is ridiculous. I would assume that most deaths and major injuries
caused by .08 or .10 are minimal as far as statistics go. I think falling asleep and inattentiveness are major
reasons for auto accidents. Also as cars keep getting lighter and lighter to accommodate federal fuel efficiencies there will be more and more deaths,not unless they lower the speed limit to 20 miles per hr.

what good does it do to lower the limit? We don't fully prosecute the ones we catch now at .08%! Many offenders have multiple arrests and are still walking around!!!
