As someone that has some experience in printing, the image of Fluttershy would work best with the way they are made, specifically the use of corresponding lines and cross hatching, keep in mind colour likely wont be used.
Im going to get to work on a print ASAP!

That Rainbow Dash, pulling ahead in the poll after napping through the start. ^_^ But the Pinkie art is better, and not because of the fan pleaser DJ and music reference. It is dynamic, balanced and tells a story. Rainbow Dash comes in second.

I really dig the Rainbow Dash one with the aurora borealis gazing giving this nicely calm and evocative feeling. In an artistic sense it's the one I'd like to see win in terms of style and ambiance. Applejack's not too bad either if you go for that, and Pinkie is kinda fun (if a bit too fan referential), but I'm not too fond of Fluttershy (her face just looks weird) and Rarity (the composition is rather poor), and Twilight'd only get marks because of Celestia.
So yeah, RD wins by a fair margin.
I had to vote for Rainbow Dash, because the pic is awesome and I'd actually like to have it hanging on my wall if it wins.
Although Twi, Rares, and AJ, are my top three, their pictures really aren't that good. Why does Twi always have to be with Celestia??? :P
Typical EQD poll. If you really choose objectively Twilight's pic is the worst, but it still has more votes as Flutters', Rarity's and Applecrack's. Like other people already said, it's nothing more than a popularity contest.
I really like the Rainbow Dash picture. The beautiful aurora just seems so wild yet peaceful, not everything has to be a epic brony reference like the Pinie Pie one :)

I really like the Dashie one, but I had to vote for Twilight because it also had Celestia.

Sadly, the only way Applejack or Rarity could win is if they had put Luna in the background of their image.
I refer to my usual policy: When in doubt, pick Pinkie Pie.
Tough choice between Pinkie and R.D. Dash's has a very nice color scheme, and a very soft, warm scene. Pinkie's is much more active (as is appropriate), and I enjoy the energy of it.
In the end, had to go with Dash. It's just a beautiful image.
The Pinkie & Vinyl Scratch art wins hands (hooves) down. It is by far the most dynamic work. Twilight Sparkle is best pony, but the Pinkie art piece in this selection is the best one.
It was incredibly hard choosing between Pinkie's, Fluttershy's and Applejack's art, as they are all rather well made. Though I voted for Pinkie's, I am very surprised AJ got so few votes.
This is like asking who is best pony. Of course RD or Pinkie is going to win :(
