Is this not a bit flawed..? It seems like it always will add up to 100%. If everyone thinks Ireland will beat Samoa and Australia but not BNZ the votes will be assigned 50% to Samoa 50% to Ozzie, 0% BNZ, giving the impression that only 50% of people believe we will beat Samoa...
