My children love to watch the automated and musical chicken show at Glaum's Eggs in Aptos. They change the scenes for the seasons too. The Christmas one is our favorite.

The VISITOR CENTER AT SEACLIFF STATE BEACH is a hidden gem. See a short video history of the ship Palo Alto, learn about the 3 million year old fossils in the cliffs, get a glimpse of a living tide pool with sea stars, anemones and a monkey-face prickleback named Carol, and browse the well-stocked gift shop for treasures.

Humming bird day is so unique and fun! It's exciting for both adults and kids to see what amazing and beautiful things can be found at UCSC's Arboretum, especially humming birds!
