The kids that are doing the bullying should have to do community service. Why punish the parents? That makes no sense. What is it teaching the kids by punishing the parents-that you can buy your way out of being a good person? How about teaching some empathy? THE KIDS COULD VOLUNTEER AT A COMMUNITY CENTER or SOUP KITCHEN!! If the parents are knowingly aware of their kid's behavior, sure, punish the parents too-by making them do community service also.
