While their normal voices are all really close, I have to give it to Rarity because IMO her singing voice is simply incredible and the big reason I'd pick her voice over the rest.
Despite them having the same voice actress, Rainbow's standing, compared to Applejack's, is around 20% higher.

I think that Rarity's voice is the most interesting to listen to, her inflections and emphasis on some of the words are amazingly entertaining. plus... Rarity

Tara Strong is an amazing voice actor. I'm choosing Twilight because Tara Strong is a bit better than the rest in my opinion.

Twilight Sparkle for me, as I am a HUUUUUUGE Tara Strong fanboy. I love all the VAs, and they all do fantastic jobs with their roles, but Tara Strong will always earn my vote by virtue of being my favorite voice actress of all time.
My top two were Twilight and Rarity. It was pretty close, but I just love how adorkable Twilight's voice is.

@GenericPonyName If people were participating in this poll objectively, Cathy Weseluck wouldn't still be stuck below the 1K mark.
It is exceedingly difficult to single out just one of the VAs for the Mane 6 plus Spike. I am a huge fan of all of their work, and have loved Tara's work for years, but if one there must be, it has to be Tabitha, though Andrea is a close second. Tabitha does such a remarkable job of bringing Rarity to life and making so charming a character that could, in other hands, be much less likable. Her versatility, range and expert knack for inserting just the right amount of appropriate hammy diva-ness into Rarity's voice does stand out.
As much as I love Dashie, I'd have to say Rarity ;-; I could listen to her talk all day.
Oh right! Tabitha voices Luna, therefore I should vote for Rarity, duh. xD Done, and done.

Tabitha is definantly best VA.
I've noticed that there are two kinds of people in this comment section: Those who vote fore their favorite voice and don't complain that she/he isn't winning, and those who think everyone who doesn't vote for their own favorite is completely biased.
I for one voted for AJ. Not a fan of her accent, but I think it really captures her personality better than the others.
Tabitha does a great job with Rarity, everything from the random little inflections and squeals to completely turning around an emotional state instantly, mid-sentence something which Rarity does, really often, switching to/ from all-out drama queen to complete deadpan.. e.g "HAVE YOU LOST YOUR MIN- Oh. Very funny." or "I CAN'T FIND IT ANY WHEEEERRR- Oh, *there* it is.". "I'm not one for fighting, I'm more into fashion BUT I'LL RIP YOU TO PIECES". So many examples where the writers seem to be making jokes that pretty much rely on the voice acting and delivery to carry them.
The voice acting forms a lot of the reasons for liking the character for me, a lot of the time I'll find myself grinning at Rarity lines that aren't even meant to be funny, but the voice is just too entertaining... and the delivery of actual jokes and one-liners by rarity just makes them super-hilarious I find. I'd have to cite "Gum on their bum! Too rich!" as one of the lines that had me giggling for far longer than it should have.. partially due to the voice acting and partially due to the animation with the lip bite then the cute little wiggly dance on the spot.
Literally no competition. Tabitha is by far the best. I'm glad that most people recognize that this is a best VA poll, not a best pony poll. I'm not saying the others aren't good, I'm just saying that Tabitha is simply a little bit better. Her flawless line delivery has consistently been head and shoulders above the others since episode one season one.
My vote for best singing voice also goes to Raritys singer, Kazumi Evans. So Rarity all around.
Second best would probably be Ashleigh Ball, with bronze going to Michelle Creber.

If it was another best pony survey. Rarity wouldn't be in the first place. People recognize the talent of Tabitha to do voices. In my case, Rarity has the best voice and also is the best pony.
I always vote Applejack in everything because I hate seeing her lose all the time, but best voice? Yeah... that's Rarity.

I choose Rarity in best Mane 6 and Spike poll because...while I love everypony's voices, I know how hard, amazing and how amazing Rarity voice is.
This was also said by other voice actresses like Tara Strong and others (I think) during Bronycon 2012 (I believe it was that).
Yeah...and listening to Rarity's voice on the show itself, I can tell how hard it is to voice her.
A lot of skill that Tabitha St. processes indeed.
But that doesn't mean she's the only one, I actually would've choose Pinkie Pie/Fluttershy for best voice as Andrea Libman
does an excellent job of portraying the two ponies with great skill as well.
Tara Strong is also an major given as well...with her amazing set of voice acting skills and how Twilight Sparkle sounds natural and indeed adorkable haha.
Then there's Rainbow Dash and Applejack...both different but both with an set of interesting voices. I commend Ashleigh Ball for her great voice-acting of Applejack and getting the accent down well. Indeed AJ has an lovely and great natural western voice! Rainbow Dash on the other hand has an interesting voice that resonant's well with Dashie's character as an tough, athletic and tomboyish Pegasus pony!
They're all indeed great...but Rarity to me shines as the best of them all to be honest.
I'm just saying hehe! If there was an additional option, I would choose "All of the above" aka ALL OF THEM!!!
Oh and lastly...Spike's voice, can't forget him hehe!
For an young Dragon boy, his voice by Cathy Weseluck fits very well with Spike and he's voice hasn't at all
been bad. It's good and overtime has been matured and great.

Tabitha is just amazing. The options should have been between the actors and not the characters, imo. While Pinkie and Fluttershy are different characters, it's still Andrea. She's very talented, and I love Pinkie and Fluttershy... but I think Tabitha has Rarity down perfectly.
I voted for Applejack, because of her cool and outstanding accent.

I will say Rarity. Even through I love Tara strong's performances, Tabitha's acting is superp, especially the " I'm not whining, I'm complaining". Rarity's "British" voice is also very nice to listen to.
Funny thing is the voice actor for Rainbow Dash and Applejack are the same, and so are Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy. so technically voting for ether is like voting for one. but i went with Rainbow Dash in the long run
Totally Applejack sadly that (qualifying) charming voice only was in Season 1
I'd say Rainbow Dash gets my vote. Something about her voice just seems unique amongst the Mane 6, and is probably the hardest to emulate in fan made animations. I'd love for her to get a full song next season and see what she can really do.
This poll is a bit confusing, since some people are voting for their favorite character voice, and others are voting for most versatile voice actress. I'm assuming the poll is asking which of the Mane 6 has the most pleasing voice.
Tough choice, actually. If we're comparing characters I'd probably say Twilight...but Tara Strong, when she voices two characters I generally know she's doing it. Tabitha...there have been some voices she's done where even after I KNOW she's doing both voices, I still can't tell it's her. Twilight is generally more "pleasing" to listen to, and her emotional range within the single character is wider and more interesting than Rarity, but I don't know how much of that is the VA range, and how much of that is the character. The way Rarity is written, and given her shorter screen time, she just doesn't have as much variety as Twilight does. But it's possible that Tabitha might be the more versatile VA overall.

I chose Spike, not because of Spike, but because of Cathy Weseluck. To think that a voice that feminine could produce something that masculine?
Personally, I think Andrea Libman is the best voice actor because of her voice's extreme versatility and wide range, but then that wasn't the question, now was it?
I think there's no chance against Tabitha on this one, she's not only a very talented VA for Rarity, she's also the amazing voice of Luna, Granny Smith and many others!
Biased fucking results. Rarity's votes I understand, but if "The Mysterious Mare Do Well" and "Sleepless in Ponyville" are any indication, Ashleigh can't do nearly as much with her voice as Cathy can. I think people are just voting for who's voice they like hearing the most.
