I voted Discord, and no, I'm not fanvoting for de Lancie. I was amazed by his voice acting in Return of Harmony and I had no idea Discord was voiced by him at that time.

Babs Seed's voice is one of the things I hate about her. She is also a jerk. She falls right at the bottom of my list only above 2 other characters with no redeeming qualities: Gilda and Crafty Crate.

If it were just return of harmony, I would have voted Discord, who does have an amazing voice. I think though that he kind of messed up a couple of lines on the fluttershy episode (near the end), which moved the episode from solid upper tier to middle tier, so I think I went with Trixie.

@dashie, even if de Lancie didn't have his experience, his voice work for Discord would still be outstanding.
The poll was: Which MLP Antagonist has the best voice? It wasn't Which MLP voice actor has the greatest resume and experience? That seems to be the only reason Discord is winning right now.
Well the only way to (maybe) beat Discord in terms of voice is to make the GlaDOS pony an official vilain.
I'm actually surprised Discord *only* has 52% at the time of this comment. I mean, really, this is hardly a contest. Do any of the other voice actors even have half as long a resume as De Lancie? I mean no disrespect to any of them or their talent, but experience trumps all other factors 90% of the time.
Really, Seth should just ask everyone who gets second place *after* Discord. That would be much more interesting.

That's like saying Rarity doesn't have the best fashion sense of the Mane 6. smh.
No contest on this one. Discord might not be my favorite villain, but John is an extremely talented voice actor, and he had the advantage of only voicing a single role. Tabitha might have been able to give him a run for his money, but Tabitha was already voicing over half a dozen other characters...meaning that she had to dig deeper into her repertoire to give Nightmare Moon a unique voice. And she did, and she did it well...but imagine if John had had six other characters he was voicing and was trying to make Discord sound distinct from any of them.
So yes, absolutely Discord wins this. But let's be fair and acknowledge the circumstances.

Discord. I assume the minority of votes that aren't for Discord are due mainly to people somehow not seeing him listed as an option. Even if you didn't like him as a character, the voice could not have been more perfect.
When Princess Luna's not around, Discord makes a decent substitute.
