I see graffiti as an art form. Like any art, some I really like and others - not so much. Sometimes a blank gray, cement wall in am underpass can use creative application of color. It is not cool when it defaces the art of others (i.e. on monuments, over paid ads, sides of schools unless students are commissioned for the work).

Graffiti is a creative, expressive, unique form of art. It allow the individual to be themselves literally anywhere, because it seems that the world is their canvass.
