I use to work in a family restaurant and I've have kids actually make a mess but working at a family restaurant I totally agree. There are going to be messes. N I agree yes sometimes u wanna go get the broom n take it to the parent but I would just wait til they leave n clean the mess. U can't kick someone out over a mess. That's not how u run a business. Now I have a child of my own, he is 15 months old and he can make a mess and 75% of the time when we go out to eat I will clean up most of the mess if he did a really big mess. Or I will tip better if we r in a rush n he made a big mess bc I've been in those shoes. N if ur busy I can understand how frustrated it can be having a big mess to clean which takes time from other customers which can take tips away. But it still don't give a right to kick customers out.

She obviously is not that great of a business lady, she will lose out on so much business because of her ignorant remarks online. Its called being patient and understanding . I mean I can understand if the kids were harassing other patrons or throwing food, That lady is obviously in the wrong line of business.

I've delt with way worse messes than this in my years in the restaurant industry. Usually the mothers are apologetic and even tip better when their children ate hellions. It depends on the person and their attitude whether this is a big deal.
