Should I get one for going to work paying taxes and following the laws?

This is for the two morons at the top of this page Lisa and bob from Akron. Stop being a hater. Lisa if you feel that inmates get treated better, why don't you go to prison and see how it feels. Bob from Akron yeah prison is prison. "Moron" and they do have computers there. They said when a inmate LEAVES.... Should they get one. Your a hater and I can't stand it.

If they wanted contact with their families they should have tried staying out of jail to begin with. I work full time and can't afford a tablet, they break the law and go to jail and have access to one....no way. Prison is suppose to restrict them not provide for them...our prison inmates get better care and immenities than most of our senior citizens...very sad. What has happened to this country.

The more obvious crime here is the taxpayer's money being wasted to pay the salaries of morons who come up with such idiotic ideas. PRISON IS PRISON, people!

I do ministry work at a local prison and they do not have access to any online connection. I know of an inmate who has gotten educated to design web sites without access to any. We hope to rehabilitate these inmates and I think by use of education that is already available for those who take advantage of it who want to be better citizens once they gain their parole. I don't want to buy tablets though as it would be a source of income as prisoners use anything as a commodity and will trade these items for anything including drugs cigarettes and food. The idea is bad as they already have access to computers. Money can be better spent on other things to rehab the inmates
