just because they are legally blind and cant drive dose not mean they cant see it means the cant see well enough to do things at speed you drive at and are band from such privileges. I've known legally blind people and they can see and distinguish between people and can shoot just fine. its sad that those with eyes are so mentally blind that they think some ones right to defend their selves should be infringed on because of some one saying they are legally blind
