I upgrade my phone a little "too" early for some people, I have the galaxy s4, I love this phone, but I made a huge compromiseg etting this phone because I wanted the Samsung S PEN, and the newest Android software, but I wasn't prepared to get the note 2. I am absolutely going to upgrade to the note 3 and or the new note 10.1 2014 Edition since I already have the Galaxy Note 10.1. I love Samsung! (obviously) so I would have to say that up grading to the note 3 in the logical choice for me. I'm just glad coming out now!

I'm only a little over a year into my S3, so I'll probably look at the Note 4, assuming such a phone is released around this time next year.

Keeping my Xperia Z. I love it, the way it looks and feels, the camera is awesome, and can't forget, it's water resistant! If anything, I'll just root it and throw an awesome ROM on it.

I didn't want to upgrade from my galaxy s3 yet, because there was nothing wrong with it. But I broke the screen by accident so I guess now I'm *forced* to upgrade to the note 3. =P

I'll probably be happy with my Nexus 4 until I *need* to upgrade to LTE.
When I do I'll probably repeat just buying it directly, the way I bought
the Nexus 4.

I'll never buy another subsidized phone, nor a phone that is dependent on a carrier for receiving updates, nor a phone that has unremovable 3rd party software and/or skins installed, nor an iPhone. Guess that leaves me with a Nexus...
