I think Twilight gets laid a lot due to her understanding of psychological needs and her desire to solve everypony's problems. I can just see her thinking logically, "You're lonely and uptight. You are not in a clear enough state of mind to deal with your problems yet. You need to relax and feel confident first. Hmm... Oh I have an idea!" She then proceeds to grasp/rub/suck etc. said pony's sexual organs with various parts of her own anatomy with various tempos and firmness, until said pony has reached the point of orgasm.
