I DID wear a pink wedding gown...rose pink. It was my second wedding and I was NOT going to wear white, as I had the first time; my groom had not been married before and I wanted to look bride-like for him, but be in good taste. My mom made my gown, it was gorgeous, and my very traditional and conservative grandmother (yes, I take after her in that respect) thought it was lovely and so tasteful.
