Damn...Sweetie Belle is SO adorable. I can't NOT vote for her. I still love AB and Scoot's a LOT and even Babs has grown on me...though I wish they would drop that atrocious "Brooklyn" accent. It would be funny if they did an episode where it turns out it was fake to make her sound tough lol. Still as much as IO love them, Sweetie is just so...NGH! She's so adorable! XD

I dislike everything about Babs: her voice, her mane and the dumb way she blows it out of her eyes, her sob story justification for being a jerk, her ease at be coming a jerk, and the fact that she was still really a jerk at the end. Hell even her color scheme and short tail are crap.
Babs is probably my least favorite character in the entire show. I prefer even Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon. Apple Bloom is cute, but there's not really much to her. It's just a question of Scootaloo or Sweetie Belle. I like Scootaloo. But Sweetie Belle is cuter and nicer, her voice is more pleasing, she has more story focus in the actual show, and more and better fanfiction from the fanbase. Don't get me wrong. I like Scootaloo. But I suspect a lot of the votes she's getting are simply because she was in an episode with Luna.
No contest. Sweetie Belle's voice alone could win this poll.

I remember when Scootaloo won these things easily in S1 and even into S2. I think cumulatively Sweetie has had more development in the show and more focus in fan works (Sweetiebot ect), pushing her to her current lead.

Scootaloo! I loved how she went from being Rainbow Dash's biggest fan girl to being officially under RD's mentoring wing. I want to see more of that. Will Scootaloo ever fly? And if not, how do you deal with that?
I like the other Crusaders... yes, even Babs Seed... but I have to go with the scooter trick chicken as best of the four.
That people could vote for anyone other than Apple Bloom astounds me, but I won't hold it against any of ya'll. I get what many people say about character development, how relatable they are, colour scheme and all that suchwhat, but I tell you all now: It took me nine minutes to become a brony. When Apple Bloom asked Twilight Sparkle "Aren't ya gonna stay fer brunch?" and met her with those gosh darn sad eyes, I knew that I loved the show. Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle are cool. Heck, I also like Babs Seed and wish her the best with her own branch. But Apple Bloom is why I'm a brony, and so I cannot vote anypony else.

The three main CMCs are best when together... but if I had to pick an order:
1- Scootaloo first because I think she has the most story-building/triggering potential - she has a tendency to get into trouble for all the right and wrong reasons
2- Sweetie Belle is a close second because she is the most generally relatable of the three and also has pretty good potential for causing trouble
3- Apple Bloom gets third since she does not stand out much without the other two around... she usually is too grounded to get into trouble on her own
If I had to rank them in huggability order then I think I would switch Scoots and Sweetie.

The ordering is perfect. If only Scootaloo and AB were a little closer the results would be perfect. However, Babs should have 0%. She's one of the characters I like the least. Only Crafty Crate and Gilda are worse.
All four of the CMC are good, butI think Babs is the best because she had to fight her way back from being a bully to being a good cutie mark crusader after being corrupted by those two stuck-up prissies, DT and SS
SB all the way! :) She's my favorite because I think she has the most potential.
