Would have been very easy to vote for all, however i feel that by being able to support via various means rather than just donating money will be more beneficial for Aldermore to show its core behaviours and values.

Could have voted for all of them. The thing that stands out in all of the external conversations I have - especially with the persistent negative noise surrounding banks - is our straightforward and transparent philosophy. It underpins our brand - it underpins us as individuals. If you were a depositor of eg Co-Op or Barclays, and any number of others, you'd have to wonder what your hard-earned cash was doing. And you weren't earning that much for the privilege. There's a kind of cleanliness in the way we do business. Sure we paddling like hell to keep it together at times but we should be rightly proud of how we have made depositors money work for great and ambitious SME's failed by the banking system.

I believe "Helping educate high school students on financial management" should happen anyway and should not just be Aldermore's plan, but it would be great for Aldermore to start it!
