I have found I needed to clarify a procedure and satisfy myself that what I was doing was correct, but finding documents and supporting information on the hmrc.gov.uk website is extremely difficult.
There seems to be little logic to its location and perhaps inevitably, I end up in a circular loop referencing from one page to the next and eventually finding myself back where I started.
