From where I sit I can see two 4DE ponies, and one custom pony. The custom is very nice (wet mane Rarity), but considering it cost eleven times as much as the 4DE ponies, I'd have to say that 4DE delivers amazing quality for the price. Their unicorn Twilight is one of the cutest plush creations, I have ever seen.
It does not hurt that 4DE is very friendly to deal with. I preordered the original unicorn Twilight, and gritted my teeth over the shipping premium (I'm European). Then I preordered Pinkie Pie. Lo and behold, they contacted me and suggested that I combine my orders (shopping for myself as well as a fellow brony with kids, I had ordered four of each), which saved me $90 in shipping.
I just bought a TY Rainbow Dash at Hobby Lobby, they're pretty neat for seven bucks. They also had some of the Auroras, and yeesh, Pinkie's mane and tail look like intestinal lining. >_

After looking long and hard at the different options I finally decided to order a set of plushies from Nici last week. I think they look as nice as the ones from 4DE and the cost of shipping from Germany to Sweden was reasonable (and with no risk of additional customs fees within the EU). I did make the mistake though of ordering the smallest size of 20 cm. The long legs and big heads add a lot of height and I found them to be a bit too small, with a disproportionately small body. The only ones shown on the website were the 30 cm models and they seem to have much better proportions.

4DE is the best. I'm still waiting for Pinkie to get shipped though.

4dE may have the best quality, but everyone who is poor (like myself) can only scap together a Funrise collection. Hell I got both Celestia and Twilight the other day for only $20! But i still think 4dE looks the best

well I like the TY ones , hmpph . Saw them last week at Michael's , I've never been so sad to leave something in a store in a long time...no money after buying art supplies :-(

Used the ToyWiz coupon for 4DE which was up in September.
Still waiting due to the November pre-order.
Then again waiting is okay, I've seen customs sell for twice as much at half the quality.

The only thing that I dislike about 4de is that they are too small :\

Now you're thinking fourth dimentionally.

4DE leading is no surprise for me at all. But the brand is unfair, no doubt. But how can Build-A-Bear come second? They're SO ugly!

WHY IS THERE NO CUSTOM PLUSHIE OPTION!?! *tisk tisk*
Build-a-Bear will come second, I think. It's the only one available to Australians without expensive shipping, and I'm very happy with the quality plus novelties that BaB provides.
This one is going to end up being a landslide victory for 4DE. They do a more accurate job than the other sellers, and sell cheap. Sure they're sporadic, but we've kind of proved over time that we're a patient bunch when it comes to merchandise.

4DE of course! I got the 4DE Twilight Sparkle plushie. And it's cute and squishy! x3

Well, THAT escalated quickly.
