If you build a restaurant on Boy Scout Hill I guarantee there will soon be 20 or more around the lake. If one company is given permission to do this, how could you say "no" to others. Besides, have the restaurants builders driven by that spot in the spring when it is covered with beautiful wildflowers? I think not. You just want to cover it with cement! Isn't the Dallas Park Board supposed to protect our open spaces and parks?
