If you were deciding on the legal future of this issue, how would decide?

    I would protect the rights of the individual from discrimination.

    I see religion as a choice. Where as an individuals gender, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation are an innate and intrinsic part of a persons make up.

    So for a business to deny service to an individual due to any of these reasons is plainly wrong. It is plainly discriminatory!

    Now the religious will say they are being discriminated against for being forced to go against their beliefs. There I think is the key. Just because a person chooses to believe in something does not make it real or right. Where as a persons (in this case) sexual orientation is as real and unchangeable as their race, age or gender.
