Yes. He took money from a candidate, apparently to blast her rival on his radio show -- while pretending the money was for health care consulting. He misled his listeners, not to mention the Federal Elections Commission.
No. He’s a popular talk show host. This scandal only increases his popularity. He probably had a bigger audience Tuesday than in months.
Yes. He may be indicted for his part in this scheme, now that the candidate who paid him to promote her has pleaded guilty.
