We are serious about recycling and over 11months results are:
    PROS
    Income R2300 pm for 24tons
    CONS
    Very labour intensive
Labour wants their money before we sell
    Storage facilities are expensive
Trying to sell washed and sorted material is difficult
Fluctuation in selling is not constant
    Transport is expensive
Clients are not prepared to pay for collections
    Containment is expensive

    What does other companies experience?
    Please give some figures

Our school generates an income out of recycling, as we have two fulltime employees at our depot and their salaries must be paid as well, our recycling income does not cover both salaries but its a start
