If you are looking for something in the same ilk as Yonkers, and we certainly could use it, why not Burlington Coat Factory? They do not have a store anywhere in the immediate area, it would draw people to it because of what it sells and it is big enough to fill that space and then some. Just a thought.

What is interesting is how they changed the mall into a gathering spot for families. Our Mall has some potential with what is being done with Sr. group. The Daily Tribune building could lead into a gateway to help with this growth...
I have no solutions but will encourage you to see what can be done.
