I'm a regular Hannibal watcher and lordy, that show is regularly disturbing. But I've got to give 'most disturbing' to the single-second 'reveal' of Dean Winchester's newly demonic eyes in Supernatural's season finale. I've been actively rooting for Dean for nine seasons now, and even if he has died more times than not, seeing him become a monster he's fought against...? Talk about a gut-punch! I'm still seeing that split-second black eyes reveal two days later.
