What is teh mechanism of ST depression during rapid Narrow qrs tachycardias?
It is due to induced ischemia at fast rates just like excercice stress test
It is due to deformation of ST segment by retrograde P waves
It simplly represents rate induced ST depression .Do not Indicate ischemia
It occurs only with AVNRT especailly so in long LV free wall pathways.
True mechansim is yet to be elucidated.
