Education is not on bottom but as educator we having problems with kinds. South African kinds don't like learning at all. To our kinds school work is not the preference they came to school because they have to. The system of education is fine but I wish government can develop a way for punishment because as a Maths and Science teacher I have lost interest of teaching why because kinds don't care about their school work, they don't do their classwork, homework,project etc and tell us straight on our face 'you won't do anything'! And I am expected to have high results ! Don't mention the school SMT bcos to them it power, position and scheming ! They don't assist teacher not at all they are busy thinking about next position.
