Thirty years ago, when first immigrant to Canada and need a car. One of the friends comments that I don't need car air conditions in Canada. As the children get older and on trip, once waiting to cross boarder for a few hours under the sun, one kids dehydrated and almost need to call the ambulance. I think it's a necessity when needed, not nice to have.
